We strongly advise purchasing your ticket ahead of time to ensure your attendance and capitalize on discounted rates until November 1st, 2023. While there may be a limited number of tickets available for on-site purchase, securing your ticket in advance grants you complete access to pre-summit resources, networking avenues, and exclusive privileges, alongside a confirmed seat at the event.

We recognize that situations can evolve. Given the limited seating capacity of our summit, a complete refund will be provided for cancellations made 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund is applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Regrettably, cancellations made within 24 hours of the event do not qualify for refunds. Nonetheless, you retain the choice to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague by sending an email to Hello@HealthcareAmplified.org.

If you hold an Elite or Premier Ticket, you can claim Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits by following the instructions provided in your summit materials via email. Yes, most sessions will be recorded. Higher-tier ticket holders, at the Elite and Premier level, will have access to summit recordings, allowing you to revisit key insights and strategies at your convenience.

Yes, your ticket includes access to Coffee & Conversation and Lunch & Learn sessions, where you'll have the opportunity to network and engage in interactive learning over meals. However, breakfast and dinner are not included in the ticket price.

Your digital ticket detail will be sent to you via email. Once registered, we will place you on our attendees list. Please visit our registration desk during the day of the event to get your name badge. You will need to wear it throughout the day to gain access to various activities.
